I like this model as you hardly know it's on your wrist due to it's light weight and small size. This is my second unit. My first one lasted for a number of years and it's still working but you have to charge it everyday. This new one's battery lasts about 2 weeks. Great! Step count and heart rate seem to be quite accurate. I'm happy with it.

Excellent customer service from both SportChek and Fitbit. Ordered online Saturday morning for pickup, received my pick up email within am hour. The device itself was faulty, screen would not light up. Reached out to FitBit customer service, and after some trouble shooting, the rep sent me a new device at no cost to me.
