Fitbit Sense 2 Smartwatch

Easy to use, great for fitness goals, sleep patterns, etc. This is my first smartwatch so not much to compare it too, but I have enjoyed using it for the last month.

It's a nice watch with many functions however we bought it thinking it could do multiple alarms but finding it limiting in that regard.

Awake time is not accurate. Serious sleep apnea events are totally ignored, because the recording and monitoring of SpO2 stopped in cases of breathless wake up.

The screen fell off after 2 years during regular walk. Its very poor quality watches. Fitbit customer service gave 35% on next fitbit, can't be combined with any other sales. Unbelievable. Not a bad "business".

I bought a fitbit sense and loved it. I bought it when it was brand new. First watch - the strap didn't clasp properly and would randomly fall off and screen cracked. Fitbit did replace it with a refurbished product....this product randomly won't go past the logo screen. It wasn't turned off, was functioning fine minutes before. Google tells me this is a common problem happening to fitbit se se since the summer of 2022 - but fitbit won't fix or replace watches with this common issue because it's outside of the warranty. So if you want a watch that will last approximately 2 years, develop issues that fitbit is aware of but won't admit or address....this watch is for you. If you want a fitness smart watch that lasts until you're ready to upgrade to new technology and holds its value so you can gift/resell it...pick another brand. So very disappointing. Go ahead and Google fitbit sense stuck on logo.....it's very common, wish I knew but sadly I trusted the brand
