Downgrade from versa 2

Bought this thinking it would be a step up from my versa 2 but with no third party apps it’s missing a lot of things I used on my old watch. No Spotify, calculator, calendar basically just comes with the bare minimum. If you don’t use any of those it’s good for sleep tracking and workouts though but for the price I expected a few extras at least. I ended up exchanged it for a garmin watch

Since you can’t download any third party apps, you cant control or play music with it, also your message aren’t previewed, so you need to physically click on the watch to do so. Overall, though battery life is great and the « fitness tracker » aspect of the watch may have improved, this is a downgrade as a smartwatch compared to the versa 2 or 3

My first Fit Bit lasted 3 months, the first replacement would not start up, I was back in forth 4 times before the 2nd replacement finally worked.

Connection issues!

I bought it for my dad as a Christmas present. He loves it, however he has to reconnect his watch to his phone every morning by turning off his Bluetooth and then turning it back on. He is also having connectivity issues with his calls and is not able to answer on his watch when he should be able to. I don’t know if there is a problem with all Versa 4s or if it is just the one that I had bought him. We called both Sport check customer service and fitbit customer service and nobody was able to help. If anybody had this issue and was able to resolve it, please comment on my review. Thanks.

I love my Fitbit. It has been great for tracking my exercises, sleep, mood. The one issue I do have is the band on it. With sweat, it causes irritations. I'm going to be switching the band for something that will work better for me.
