I have always loved Fitbit, and highly recommend the product. My last Fitbit lasted 4 years. This specific watch I bought has been very glitchy, and I am not happy.

Not the best not the worst

I had to get a new Fitbit because the one I had for years broke. I find with the new one the fitness/exercise tracker isn’t accurate and often glitches mid exercise. I love the look and feel and the app is my favorite but so far I miss my old one.

Like it, not as much as the versa 2

The versa 4 is good. I purchased because my versa 2 died. The battery life is very long. It was incredibly easy to set up.
Some cons- the strap that it came with reacted with my skin so I had to purchase a different one. When I have it set to exercise it keeps buzzing at me when my heart rate changes from light, moderate and vigorous, which is distracting. It will take some getting used to, I've only had it for 3 weeks.

new strap style is not an improvement

I like the variety of functions. I am not a fan of the new strap style. I would prefer the old buckle style strap as it is easier to put on. I can't see this new one lasting long as the nub will wear and no longer hold the strap.

I’ve had a Fitbit for 10 years and just got this versa 4 and I’m very pleased with it. I’m able to answer my phone now as well as see text messages. Phone calls aren’t great as reception isn’t always great but it’s not bad.
