A reliable everyday bag with iconic style

I bought the classic Kånken in navy, and I’m really pleased with it. It doesn’t have a dedicated laptop compartment, so I slip my laptop into a protective sleeve first, and it fits nicely inside the main section. It’s sturdy, well-made, and the colour is exactly as pictured. I clean it from time to time with a wet rag, and lukewarm water.
I’ve used it as one of my daily bags for more than two years, and even taken it travelling — it handles everything I throw in there (13" M2 MacBook in its sleeve, tablet, notebooks, bits and bobs) with no trouble. I’m aware it’s not recommended to carry a laptop due to the added weight, but it’s worked perfectly fine for me so far. The front pocket and side pockets are great for easy access to smaller items. Overall, it’s a dependable and stylish backpack that lives up to the Kånken name.

Durabley made and aesthetically pleasing

I purchased the "Design your own" Kanken. I am thoroughly satisfied! The colors are rich and I'm pleased with the accuracy of the pigments compared to the image online. The material is thick and not cheaply made at all.
This backpack packs a good amount for my day hikes and weekend urban exploration and museum hopping.
Love my Kanken :D

I own 3 of them. 2 mini & two classics in different colors and I love it so much!! I use for work and my lunchbox slips right into it perfectly. There's enough pockets for me and I use the large padded pocket to hold my kindle.

I have had this bag since 2017 and I beat the crap out of it and it has held up beyond my expectations. . The only thing I wish is that I could wash it better, because I am so hard on my stuff. I would put one more strip of padding on the bottom of the area for the laptop and two way zippers for the front little pocket, One other suggestion is for the side pockets where you can put your drinks it would be cool if one of those was a little longer, and you could zip it up.. ..This bag is very well made, nothing has come apart, nothing has had to be replaced and all the zippers are intact at almost 8 years since purchase with daily use!

I was bought this for my 11th birthday and now 7 years on it still remains my favourite backpack. It has never broken and has minimal obvious signs of wear. This is a really good quality backpack
