The black material that the bag is made up looks very faded and any creases on the bag are easily noticeable and turn like a white as if it dusty. It’s hard to explain but make the bad look bad.

Thank you for reaching out and I hope to clear up a few things with our information below. This is considered standard wear. There are a couple things to note here. What you are seeing is actually what typically happens when our DWR treated Vinylon F makes friction contact with different types of surfaces causing a slight wear on the bag. The good news is that this can typically be mitigated easily. By taking a damp microfiber towel and patting the white marks they tend to become less visible but may not be entirely removed. This is actually common in all of our Kanken items made with Vinylon F as the items break in. This can happen on day one or years later down the line as it is typically based on environmental circumstances; a newer or older Kanken item would experience this same thing. not too bad, not perfect, but great color

really pretty bright pink color (peach pink). nearly perfect except the straps are kinda not right. hard to explain, but the way you have to adjust them if you're an adult feels like the bag hangs a tiny bit awkwardly on your back. and the straps also dont get v long, so not much adjustment can be done, just a heads up. also i found if i wore the bag higher up on my back, the nylon tabs on the straps would rub my arms uncomfortably, so i have to wear it loose. i think once its worn in more and less stiff it'll become more comfy tho. my reg size kanken did.

Wrong colour advertised not pink

The picture for this fog pink backpack was all pink but it’s a greyish colour with pink straps. It’s cute but it was a surprise , I am glad I liked it but it wasn’t backpack I bought. This website has to work on having the right item pictures. The backpack is great, roomy , comfy, light to wear, 3 pockets on the outside and a lots of interior room.

Perfect everyday bag

Just the cutest bag ever, and it’s absolutely perfect for my everyday needs. It’s nice and convenient to carry around. I do recommend getting the regular size straps instead of the mini size for more coverage on the shoulders. The cover with the mini straps isn’t terrible but more would be nice.
