Missing shoulder strap

I actually quite like the duffel bag. Unfortunately it arrived with no shoulder strap. I DO like the shoe compartment. The webbing for the handles is quite delicate. The size is just right for me (I’m using it as a swim bag) and colour of the bag is lovely (I got the green reflective camo). Just too bad about the shoulder strap. Couldn’t return it - i bought it on clearance.

Lots of pockets, great quality. Wish it was deeper and the shoulder strap was centered but will get a decent amount of use from it.
