Great mat, the only issues I’ve found with it is that is can be slightly slippery. I’m also 5’10 and I wish it was a little longer. Overall a good basic yoga mat.

Good mat unless you’re very sweaty

Pros: Very thick, a little bit “heavier” so it doesn’t move much when working out.
Cons: it gets slippery when sweaty, and it is shorter in length than my previous mat.

Don’t buy stuff from here!

The colour of this isn’t great in real life. Also, they packed mine so badly all the sticky bag label was stuck to the mat and I had to return it. Ended up buying a lovely B Mat from B Yoga, way better!!! The water bottle I purchased from here was dirty too, as was all the packaging. Need to sort out their warehouse.
