    Pass on this watch

Everytime I have to charge this watch it looses its syncing ability. Each week I am registering this watch all over again. It is such an inconvenience. I have owned several Garmin watches and this one by far is the worst. Do not recommend.

This is the 4th garmin watch I’ve owned. Ive been pleased in the past, thus the repeated purchases. I am however quite disappointed in this one. The watch band started fraying after just a week and I have great difficulty starting and stopping activities. The button isn’t responsive to touch about half the time. It’s terribly annoying to not be able to start or stop an activity that’s already been started. I may be done with garmin watches after this! I would not recommend.

I wanted to get away from the tech bro look of my other smart watch, but the Lily 2 has been pretty disappointing. The Lily 2 does not have integrated GPS so if you want to track a course or mileage, you have to carry your phone AND remember to start your activity on the watch and have the phone app open. Cumbersome. The watch has a very restricted list of activities, and unbelievably indoor biking or spin is NOT ONE. Whyyyy??! (It does not integrate with Peloton, sad trombone.) There other quirks that add to my user friction, like you have to raise your arm juuuust right to activate the display, it sometimes takes a few tries especially if you are laying down. At night the watch face changes to a weird display that obscures the time and is oddly so much brighter when it doesn't need to be. On the up side, the Lily 2 does look more like a traditional 'jewelry' watch, the battery does last many days and it charges fast. I got it as a gift, but after two months of use I just feel stuck with an underperforming watch, which stinks. If I could go back, I'd get the Lily 2 Active. Garmin, all these different models is unnecessarily confusing and frustrating.

The Lily is a lovely, feminine watch, and for the most part I love the watch. However I have a known benign cardiac arrhythmia (PVC) that is monitored by a cardiologist. These irregularities affect the stress, body battery and sleep data. These issues really really bother me. I've worn the consistently watch for two weeks and one forum said these may even out over time but I tend to have my doubts on that. The only "solution" I've read about is to turn off the heart monitor but then I will not have that data during exercise. It seems the issue of cardiac arrhythmias should have been considered when designing the watch features.

I enjoy the features but there's one annoying aspect that I haven't found a workaround. When I set the clock face I prefer (good old analog) the clock face changes on its own. One of the things I liked about the Lily 2 was the analog clock face. Is there a way to select a clock face that remains in place until I change it?

I have tried so many brands I wish I would have considered Garmin first. By far the best out there!

I love the look of this model but it tends to flip faces on its own. I prefer a specific clock face but the Lily 2 has decided what clock face I'll see. The clock face I want is a valid selection, but Lily evidently knows better.
