I bought this around a month ago and I just love it so much. The part I love the most is how it tracks everything you do, such as your steps, cardio, and heart rate and a whole lot more. I also like the way it sets your goals for you, you can do it yourself but the watch sets it up for you depending on how your goal was the day before. Anywho I just love the Garmin fitness watch all together. Thank you

I am loving my new Garmin watch, but I seem to have to charge it every night.
Can't figure out if that is normal, or if I am running something that is using up power. Have to admit - am not very tech savvy!

There is so much that I have discovered.
Waking up tired even after I thought I slept great, yet only to find out what I was lacking helped me. My doctor was able to help me get back on track.
Knowing when I need:
To rest, be active, track my daily nutrition intake is so nice.

Accurate Calorie Counts

Detects my ride on my Life Fitness Elliptical Crosstrainer and counts steps and is extremely accurate when counting calories. Today's count on the elliptical's meter was 800 while the VivoSmart 5 counted 802. Last ride was 801 and 798. I'm amazed. And while the elliptical doesn't count steps, the 9000+ for my 80 minutes seems reasonable. Enjoy the heart rate monitor too, which also seems reasonable.
