Great helmet, poor service

The helmet is great! The problem is that they shipped them out to us with the security tags still attached. This wouldn’t be an issue if we lived close to a store, but there’s a suggestion if you take it to a store the next time we are in the city. That is an hour and a half away and we rarely go. So until then, I guess my kids look like idiots with security tags attached to their moments!
