The shoes were obviously worn and the insoles are covered in what appears to be black dog hair. They were been worn and returned. The laces have visible pilling and wear clearly from pant legs rubbing on them. The lashes are also creased and have obviously been tied. Your staff tried to hide the laces which only made things worse. The box is beat up and missing the inner packaging material. The cardboard inserts look like they were pulled out of a trash can and reinserted.
I don’t care that they were on sale, I paid for a new pair of shoes and I got somebody’s worn and returned garbage.
No, I do not recommend this product.

New shoes

Nice and comfortable especially on long walks outside. I usually order Gola online but I'm glad sport chek has these shoes available rather than having to wair 1-2 weeks to get them from ordering online.
