Shipped in a bag

Hat is beautiful quality. But i ordered 4 hats. 2 were sent in a bag and they were flattened. Pretty disappointing. Unwearable. The Other 2 hats i got were sent in a box. And was well packaged. Not sure why they dont do that with everything.
