Plastic semi circular that's connects the door broked

I received the package on 3/12/2023 and today 06/07/2024 had a problem with the case. I used the box less than 10 times I was going to take the Gopro out of the waterproof box and when I lowered the lid, the fitting that holds the lid, broke. It doesn't make sense that it broke out of nowhere. It must be a manufacturing defect.

Great Product ! But...

Hi Guys & Go Pro Team I bought this object few months ago and I'm very satisfy, it's doing completely the job !! But, when I used it for activities (desert in Marocco, hiking, cannyoning, etc) the sound doesn't work. We just hear the voices a little bit and the sound of the Go Pro touching the protection. Maybe I do something wrong ? Please tell me :) Thanks

Used it on Single engine airplanes(inside cockpit and out on the wing), has protected the camera perfectly. Used it on Underwater ROVs at depths of over 100ft and have gotten great footage from it.

Saved my Go Pro!!

I used this case on my Can Am Side by Side with my camera. I put the case on my machine ( not as secure as it should be , my fault) it fell off and I ran the case over with both tires. the case was destroyed but the camera survived with no issues!! highly recommend and will be replacing the case instead of the camera!!
