Works great to keep dry!

I use Grangers waterproofing spray after I wash my gortex jacket and pants in the Grangers wash. The waterproofing spray does just what it says, which is essential when hiking in BC and all of the rain we have. Grangers is a product that works well and is one that I trust.

Horrible spray nozzle

It’s my first time buying this product and as I go to spray this on my damp snow pants, the sprayer nozzle work well. It just dribbles huge drops of liquid all over my pants. after running around the whole house trying to find another sprayer, and being unsuccessful I’ve used up a third of the bottle just for snow pants. And I was so desperate to get this done. I had to start pouring some of the liquid out on my hands to spread evenly over my pants. For how expensive this product is you would think that they couldn’t put some money into getting a decent spray nozzle and not cheapening out on this. I’m not sure how the product works and at this point, I probably oversaturated my pants with the liquid. Very angry for at this price point that something as small as this is dysfunctional. Do better!

The number of one star rating says it all.. The nozzle keep ketting clumped by the product up and barely spay. lost 25$ there.

This spray on fabric protector works to make outerwear waterproof. Just spray it on a wet jacket after washing, and let it dry. I've had great luck with this stuff.

Great waterproofing option

I had been looking for a good waterproofing option to "go a little deeper" that simply the Grangers or Nikwax wash in treatment and this really does the trick. Granger is renowned for being top of the line in protection of your expensive outdoor fabrics, especially Goretex and this really does work.
It is important to leave freshly and properly washed jackets/pants in a damp but not wet state when applying the product and moving to the dryer thereafter to finish the magic (if your garment allows).
If I had one gripe it's that the sprayer on the bottle always seems to jam up (I've gone through 3-4 bottles over the past few years and, I keep hoping they improve this mechanism but, so far, no dice). My suggestion is to have an empty spray bottle at the ready to transfer product to as it never fails....C'mon Grangers, you're better than this!
