Geopress Purifier Cartridge

The cartridge is very easy to change, and is a great thing to store multiple backups. You can never have too many replacements stored away.

Well Built, Great-Tasting Water, and Easy to Drink From
10 days ago
So far, I’m really liking my GRAYL. I took it on a camping trip, and the water tasted good. It costs a little more than the Epic Water Filters bottles I’ve used for the past four or five years, but I like the construction and the press design.
My Epic bottles worked well, including at military facilities where I prefer to filter my drinking water. My biggest complaint was the effort needed to draw water through the filter attached to the straw.
With the GRAYL, once you’ve pressed the water, you can drink freely from the open spout. That’s probably my favorite feature—you can take a good drink without having to work for it.
The pressing process takes a little getting used to, but I really like the concept. I’ll be carrying it around a military facility for the next three days, too. Still early in my ownership, but my first impressions are very positive.

Great product for filtering water

Great product for filtering water if you’re traveling or on the go. Love the peace of mind this brings. Great travel size and quality filters that do an excellent job.

Wish that it had a soft protective cover
I like that the filter is hermetically sealed in plastic wrap. However, I wish that it came with a foam or soft wrapper to protect the plastic wrap from easily being punctured in my pack. I found an extra wide koozie (neoprene) that fits it comfortably.
A “Use By:” date or manufactured date would also be nice. I’m not sure when I’ll need it so a date of some sort on the filter would be great.

Outstanding product
I understand writing a review about a cartridge is what this is about and I will say that I’m very impressed with the entire system, especially with the ease of changing cartridges while on the go. I use my Grayl everyday compared to my Spouse so our usage is drastically different but the ease of use, quality of water and maintenance go unchanged. I like your products so much I purchased two additional systems for my friends living in Colombia after the 7.4 earthquake a couple months ago.

Peace of mind in mexico
This bottle is great for peace of mind while traveling, bot just hiking. If you drink lots of water and hate wasting or lugging around water bottles while traveling this should be your go to solution. Im buying a second one already as my girlfriend stole my first one. My only comment would be for people with a weak grip strength removing the external sleeve to fill with water could be a bit difficult but for most people the grippy material on it is sufficient.
