Delivered Over 2 WEEKS LATE!

These two items have not yet been delivered! It's been over two weeks since I ordered them on the sports Chek website! I finally tracked them down with FedEx comma and it seems they either went to Newfoundland or were being delivered from a Newfoundland warehouse… I don't know which.
I find it unacceptable, as they were a birthday gift while we were in Cape Breton on vacation. Our vacation is over, and we are no longer there! FedEx says they're being delivered tomorrow. Very disappointing service from a sports Chek and FedEx I would appreciate some form of compensation/reimbursement for this poor service!

Great for uphill, not on the downhill

I was finally able to test this pack on a 10+ mile hike with 20+ pounds. The bag was great on the uphill, but unfortunately did not work on the downhill. The back bottom of the pack is very hard and dug into my back/hips, leaving them bruised. I’ve never had this happen with a bag before, even with ones without an adjustable frame!
No, I do not recommend this product.

I usually LOVE Gregory items, specifically the Jade but this backpack is horribly disappointing. The lack of space and compartments is a bummer. Also, the reviews under this product are not for this product! Extremely misleading. I will be sending this back and keeping the Juno.

Durable and Versatile Bag

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son is a hunter, and this bag is a great size, weight, and function for his next trip. He's relatively tall (6'2"), and you can see how the waist straps hit a little high, but I think we can adjust the straps for a good fit. The material, zipper, and other components are very high quality, and I love the mesh panel to keep it breathable against your back. The only odd thing I noticed was an inside zipper that seemed backward and didn't lead to a pocket or anything. Overall, I would recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This backpack is absolutely perfect for my husband with law enforcement. The backpack has so much room and is extremely durable. The sturdy back piece is very comfortable vs other brands that have metal plates. This will be used on many hikes and will conveniently hold everything!
