Comfy pack

Love this back pack!! Gregory packs are my fave! Planning to use this pack hiking in Italy! So comfortable, rests easy on hips. I’m 5’2” and xs/s is a perfect fit. Highly recommend.

Perfect Size

I’ve been travelling with this bag for ~2 months now, using it for backpacking around hostels but also took it on the Manaslu circuit trek in Nepal. It’s the best!
Fits everything I need while still being carry on size.
Would love it if there were a few internal pockets, but other than that, no complaints 😊

The Perfect Pack!

I spent hours, and hours researching backpacks for the Camino. While I am currently only putting local training miles on this pack, I can say with certainty that I made a great choice. The Jade 43 is very comfortable, I have had no issues with chaffing. The design allows easy access into the pack and side pockets. One thing that I LOVE about this (and was really hoping to find) is that my iPhone 16 Pro fits in the hip pocket, and it's so easy to get in and out while wearing the pack. This is an oddly profound gem, as no other pack I tried could conveniently hold an iPhone.
The straps allow plenty of adjustability to accommodate all sizes, I will be trimming mine down a bit.
I highly recommend buying the Gregory hydration pack to go with this pack, the magnetic strap feature is awesome!

Finally found the perfect pack to work as carry-on for hiking trip to Patagonia. Very adjustable to make it fit well and feel very comfortable with up to 26 pounds in it.

Sternum strap break on 1st Trip

I bought my pack for a trip to Italy, on the return trip the sternum strap broke. I went to the store (2 hrs away) where I purchased my pack for a replacement, they did not have one and suggested I do a warranty claim. I have tried emailing and calling and have had no response. I am getting ready for my next trip and would appreciate being able to have a sternum strap. I am fine paying for one instead of warranty but they aren't available online or in the DIY section.

Great until it wasn't...

I was happy with the capacity of the pack and the overall fit... until the chest strap snapped. I should've listened to the other reviews I had seen before purchasing. And while I know I could get it replaced, I don't trust that it wouldn't happen again so I feel like I've just lost money on this.
Very disappointing seeing as though I grew up using Gregory gear. Will have to do more research and actually listen to the reviews it seems.
