I needed a daypack that could carry enough water and multiple layers for the changing conditions on Colorado peaks. This pack did that with room to spare and felt nearly weightless on my back.

Have not used it yet but have gone through it. Looks amazing for the value - waist straps, all strap adjustments, side pockets. I watched some youtube reviews and comparisons and this one came out best and I think it will be.

I bought it for hot weather hikes. The netting and support kept it from trapping the heat and the 3 liter hydration bag worked perfectly. Definitely a perceived value and great product.

This Zulu 30 is a pretty amazing little pack. I'm a big guy and picked up a couple of competitor 20 L packs for daypacks and it was just a no go for me. After watching and reading many online reviews and catching this one on sale, I took the plunge and do not regret it one bit. The padding and comfort level just blows the tactical packs that I've been using out of the water. The adjustable harness setting makes it a very versatile pack for a variety of body sizes. I'd love to see Gregory expand this line to the Plus sizes as i am already looking to upgrade to a 40-55L size. I am genuinely impressed with this pack and disnt know what i was missing. I wish this kind of comfort was available in tactical and bushcraft style packs, but for now, I'll take it and be very happy with it as a daypack.
