    It's a kettle, there's not much more to it. You can fit about 32 oz of water in there (though when it boils that much water it tends to bubble out of the spout), and it pours nicely. If you keep the handle in the upright position it doesn't get too hot, but if you try to pour out the last drop the lid will probably fall off, so it's good to restrain it in some way.

    I like this kettle. It's relatively small, so it will pack well and it's relatively light. It's not as light as a titanium pot, so gram counters should look elsewhere, but it will be great for making coffee or tea in the mornings.

    The reason for purchase is it has a big and wide rid. I can keep miscellaneous stuffs there and I can use it as a pot or kettle. It's versatile than any other kettles.

    Awesome little kettle. All metal can be used over a fire, handle locks into the upright position. Also, nests inside a 25 series Trangia cook set.

    This is a great stainless steel kettle for camping. It does what you need and I have experience new drawbacks yet.

    I've had a Glacier kettle as part of my basic cookset for probably close to a decade at this point, and haven't ever had anything but nice things to say about it. There are a lot of basic kettles out there - thousands, probably - but this one rattle-free when stowed, and happens to nest nicely in my 1.6L MSR Stowaway.

    What an awesome bit of kit! Well constructed, easy to use. Highly recommend if you can find one(they don’t seem to last online)! Can boil water or cook anything else!
