I don’t love these: the guard needs to be assembled, which is easy, but fiddly. I also realized after purchasing that it wasn’t smart to choose a guard with metal coil, that could rust and break because of getting wet/cold. Sigh, because of Covid I have to wait to return them, so I decided to keep them and how they have some longevity.

They are difficult to cut to get the right size. Unfortunately I had also not realized that they needed to be cut to size

Too short for my skates (size 9 women's). The "universal fit" category is incorrect and the product description does not even include the length. Would not recommend
