Very effective, helps heal injuries

These work great, very effective. Good for relaxing sore feet, realigning joints, and they even help to heal my injured Achilles tendon. They are quite thick between the toes, so if the spaces between your toes aren't already roomy, they would be a challenge to wear. They take a bit of getting used to, as it is. Start with the small-size ones.
