Too tight in wrist

Bought these online for my 8 year old daughter because she loved the colour. Bought size 10 as they are a bit expensive and figured they’d last a couple years. When she tried them in she couldn’t get her hand through the wrist opening so we had to return them.
Overall quality felt and looked really good it’s just unfortunate we couldn’t use them.
