A waterproof and warm insulated kids' winter boot. The JK Silverton Boot is a fully waterproof and insulated winter boot for kids. It boasts a HELLY TECH® waterproof membrane, and a warm Primaloft® insulation whilst the drawstring closure makes for easy on and off, and keeps the snow at bay. The upper is made of hydrophobic synthetic leather and textile, sitting on a well-cushioned midsole and rugged sole.

Not waterproof

They are nice and warm but definitely not waterproof. My sons socks are soaked everyday and I have to put these boots on the dryer.
