Packaging was inferior. The jacket was shipped without the plastic cover. Very disappointing. The Jacket is an excellent product, very thick and warm.

This coat looked like a great option but when my son put it on, he looked like either the Michelan Man or Despicable Me. It has an odd heavy puffy shape through the shoulders. Seemed good quality but due to the funny shape, we returned it

In the usual HH style this jacket is high quality, true to size and looks great. It wasn’t clear if the hood was detachable in the description…it’s not. The collar is perfect height and the whole coat is cozy warm. Looks just like the pic, I would buy again in a heartbeat.

Good quality but I found the fit through the arms gives the jacket a funny look: as if the stuffing has slumped towards the cuffs.
