Too puffy

Its insulsted and incredibly warm but is also way too puffy. Looks like you're wearing a helmet.
But to be honest the only reason im giving it 1 star is because of the order as a whole.
I ordered a pair or converse shoes which were on sale for a good price. In order to get free ahipping i added this item.
Threy end up cancelling the shoes and only shipping the beannie.
It would be nice to get a heads up BEFORE items have been shopped that the main part of the order has been canceled.
I am visually disabled and am not able to visit stores easily. I called in to customer service. They agreed with my auggestion of not shipping order unless its complete or at least giving a heads up before shipping that half the order isnt coming. That being said, customer service did absolutly nothing for me.
