Helly Hansen Men's Chill 2.0 jacket underperforms

In sub-zero weather the Helly Hansen Men's Chill 2.0 jacket has a noticeably cool zone where the front zipper runs. There is not enough overlap on the inside along the zipper seam to prevent coldness from reaching in.
Also, the fabric at the end of the sleeves becomes frayed/fuzzy with contact with velcro (eg: as exists on the fastening clasps of many cold-weather gloves). Even just a little contact with the gloves' velcro, in my instance wearing it 3 times for half-hour walks, causes the fabric at the end of the sleeves of the Helly Hansen to exhibit fraying/fuzziness. NOT something that I would have expected for the high price commanded for this jacket.
