I bought these about six weeks ago and they are perfect fit from a 15-year-old grandson. Find some comfortable keep it warm. They’re everything that we needed them to be.

These are good quality ski pants. They are so thin and you would never think they would keep you warm but I bought 2 pairs… one for each young adult son and they loved them ! ( and they normally complain about everything)
They wore a single base layer of long underwear and were happy skiing 8 hrs in cold weather.

not as durable as I would like

Bought these because of the insulated cuffs. After 5 days of skiing, the cuffs have some cuts in them.
I fell and slid over some rocks which tore a hole in these pants. Unlucky on my part and I don't blame the pants for this.
Additionally, the waterproof zippers are nice but are a little difficult to open and close especially while sitting down, seems like I always have to use 2 hands to get the job done.

Need water resistant and warm pants? Not this one

Worn it once for about 3 hours. I'm a beginner snowboarder, so spend a lot of time on the ground (sitting, falling, rolling). By the end of the snowboarding, all my butt was wet, including this pants, mid-layer, and underwear.
Pro:
- Looks good, slim around the thigh
- Very light
- Fit me very well (this one is the pro for me, I can't say it fits everyone well)
Con:
- The water-resistant feature is not good, only good for light snow contact
- Not warm; if you want to wear it in Canadian winter, you need some extra layers
I have Columbia Bugaboo IV pants as well. That one's water-resistant feature is excellent, after 2 hours of sitting, rolling, and falling on the snow, my lower body was still dry. That one was warm as well, tried it on -20℃ with only a gym tights base layer, didn't feel cold at all.
Only buy these helly hansen legendary pants if you are beyond intermediate skier/snowboarder so you don't make that much contact with snow, and like the style as well as don't need very warm snow pants.

Excellent Snow Pants

These kept me warm during a 24 hour ice fishing adventure. All day on a frozen lake and these pants kept me warm. They are super thin and very comfortable. Highly recommended for Winter activities.

Perfect ski pants. I like that they are a little slimmer than the typical baggy snow pants. Feels nicer on the body. I also like that they are less noisy when walking around. I’m 6’4 190lb and large was perfect fit.
