I can't recommend these enough, the fact that the merino is on the outside and the LIFA is on the inside is awesome. If you find merino usually scratchy which is an issue I have, these will fix your problem. Very warm too!

Performed as expected, warm outside and cool enough inside. If your looking for the warmest possible sitting still base layer get a heavier set.
Good for walking into camp and for not doing much at all. Tested at -6 to -25 was happy with both.

Used these in -10 (no wind) under my thin hiking pants and was quite comfortable. Obviously in -20 and stiff winds you’ll need more on top but they add a nice layer of warmth. 5’8 130 lbs and small fits great.
