Performed as expected, warm outside and cool enough inside. If your looking for the warmest possible sitting still base layer get a heavier set. Good for walking into camp and for not doing much at all. Tested at -6 to -25 was happy with both.

Used these in -10 (no wind) under my thin hiking pants and was quite comfortable. Obviously in -20 and stiff winds you’ll need more on top but they add a nice layer of warmth. 5’8 130 lbs and small fits great.
