This needs to be fixed asap

0 ** I AM VERY UOSET to report I STILL have not received my packages. I ordered Dec 4 and they went as far as Langley, a new tracking # was assigned and they went back to Ontario. These were Christmas gifts. They arrived in Ontario instead of my address in BC Dec 27 and nobody has contacted me to fix this. I have sent 2 emails to sport check online orders customer service and no response. I have waited on hold wit Purolator 3x for very long wait times each time and haven't gotten through. Can someone please help with this. I am missing 2 shoes and a pair of boots for my 3 kids.

No Grip

Not as happy with this shoe as last years model. Quality went down in my opinion. I used to call my old HH shoes rock climbers because of the grip but this shoe squeaks and slips alot. I'm going to ditch these and try the Hellyhanson Bowstring shoe in hopes of better performance. On the plus side they are a very light boot!

I love the look of these boots and I assumed they were waterproof because they looked near identical to hh boots that were waterproof, I should never assume. Lol. They are comfy and great for dry weather

great boots but buy in person or another store

Only 4 stars because the soles get hard in sub zero temperatures and become slippery on ice. Great on snow and wet slippery surfaces, but less great on ice. Still happy with the purchase.
I wish we could review sportcheck too. Don't buy online, they will make you wait an hour or more at their service center because all their employees are busy doing service and nobody but the one person designated for online orders will hand you your package.
tl;dr great boots but buy in person or buy at a store with a better online ordering system.
