Received wrong size

Ordered a 6, received a 9. I clearly should have read the reviews before purchasing. I did reach out to customer service (which was great actually) and they said they were going to investigate this issue. But this seems to be a long going issue which hasn’t been resolved yet, so I’m not hopeful. It sounds like the UPC code is not right so the 9 was ringing up as the 6. So it’s an issue that they have to re-code them or something. Either way, it’s a pain in the butt.
