I think this is a great jacket for kids. The reflectors are perfect and the jackets length is a bit longer which helps on those rainy days. The best thing is the hood. It has elastic builtin to keep the hood from falling over their eyes.

It's an Easter Present for my grandson so he has not tried it on yet but i absolutely love Helly Hansen products. I wear HH all the time. All my jackets are Helly Hansen because i sail.
