Wrong order and bieng made to pay to ship it back

Not at all happy and waiting for customer care to resolve this asap. I got a completely different set of shoes, men's shoes even, and when logging a return, I am being told the return is at my own cost. I will update my review when this is resolved and I have the shoes I ordered.
