I ordered the Vancouver and the Halifax rain jackets because I couldn't tell the difference between them online. I chose to return the Vancouver and keep the Halifax for several reasons. The Halifax has a light lining to it, which makes it better for the type of weather I deal with in Southwestern Ontario. The Vancouver had elastic cuffs around the wrists, which would be good to keep you dry, but I didn't like the feeling of it being tight around my wrists. The Vancouver had the hood as an extension of the collar, which made the hood tight to get over my head. The Halifax had the hood separate from the collar so it is easier to zip up the collar if the wind is a little too much on my neck, but I don't want to have the hood up. I think this jacket is defined for the city it is named after and would make sense if you're living on the west coast!

Beautiful colour and fit. Comfy, cool and breathable fabric.

I bought it in light green. Great classic fit and no complains about the quality. This is one of those items that never become fashion trends and never go out of trends but always handy for casual summer outdoor situations.
