Great Shoes at a Great Price

I had been looking for a new pair of comfortable shoes for some time, and the Hoka brand had intrigued me. After reading numerous reviews praising the Clifton 10 for its all-day comfort, I decided to give them a try.
With the new Clifton 11 now available, I noticed that the Clifton 10s were being discounted. After searching for the best price and availability, I found them at SportChek and decided to purchase a pair. They arrived remarkably quickly.
I’ve now had them for three full days, and I’m pleasantly surprised by how closely the real-world comfort matches the reviews. They are exceptionally comfortable and have been a fabulous purchase so far.
I only hope that this level of comfort continues throughout the life of the shoes. So far, though, I couldn’t be happier with my purchase!

Used shoes customer service ignoring me

The shoes arrived and was clearly a pair of old used shoes. The bottom were dirty and the foam has crease marks that only used shoes get from foam compression. I submitted a customer service form the moment i received the shoe (Sunday) but i still have not heard back from customer service.

So Far So Good

The shoes were delivered in less than two days. I have only walked about 15 km so far. I find they are quite lightweight but seem to be padded well. I think if they last well I will buy another pair. These will probably be Clifton 11??

I was sold olde and dirty shoes

I ordered this online with a store pickup. The next day, I picked it up from a locker in the store. The box was wrapped in a white bag, and as I was in a rush, I did not open it at the store to check the contents (lesson learned for next time).
When I opened it at home, I was shocked to find that the shoes I got were used! They had stains all over them, and the undersole was black and dirty. That was simply disgusting; how can a store even think about selling something like this? I returned them to the store the next day, and they ordered another pair to be sent to me by mail. The store did not offer any explanations for how this happened.
No, I do not recommend this product.
