HOKA Women's Infiniti Hike TC Sandals

I took a chance on these, and they are now one of my favorite pairs of shoes to wear. this summer. I wanted a sports sandal for active summer excursions (light hiking, long walks, exploring), even though I think they can sometimes not be that cool or versatile a shoe. I think these ones are so technical-looking and chunky that they actually tip into being more fashion forward, especially in this light pink colourway (aka sporty "ugly-cute"!). I think they look good on, and they are like a supportive cloud. Like the comfiest Hoka runner, but with room to wiggle your toes and feel the breeze. I've even been wearing them around the house doing chores etc. I have a standard width foot and narrow ankles and these are quite wide and just snug enough, without much more possibility to tighten up with the straps, so if you have very narrow or low volume feet these might not work, or you could try to size down.

It was easy to order the scandals and they got delivered faster than expected.

Super comfortable especially for wide feet. If you have narrow feet these are not the sandals for you!

I was excited to try these but they are super weird. The sole of the sandal rocks on the ground A LOT. Also, the straps don't have enough velcro to tighten them- by the time I pulled the strap tight, it had gone beyond halfway and there was nothing to stick to, and the strap was just flapping in the wind. I got a size 10 and it's like they thought my feet were three times as thick as they actually are.
