[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this bowl is an excellent size for home and remote use for a variety of foods. it is deep enough to hold a filling serving amount and wide enough to facilitate easy mixing and eating out of. the lid is super useful if making food ahead of time, and for containing leftovers and drips when not near a kitchen. lightweight and super durable, while protecting from holding with hot contents and managing the temperature of warm or cold foods. we use at home, at work and school, and camping.
