[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently bought the Hydro Flask Food Jar for my son to take warm lunches to school, and I’m so glad I did! I usually pack his food around 7:45am, and by the time he eats lunch at 11:20am, it’s still perfectly hot. The insulation really works, and it gives me peace of mind knowing he’s enjoying a fresh, warm meal instead of something cold by the time lunch comes around. The size is just right for a school lunch, it’s easy to clean, and the design is sturdy enough to handle daily use. Definitely worth it for parents who want to send a hot homemade meal with their kids!

I'm sure that's true if you are asking it to do 8 hours, but for your standard middle school lunch time, my daughter is very happy with how this product has performed. Considering purchasing the smaller size as well.
