known product problem! Don't honor warranty!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wish I could have given a negative star rating! My hydroflask mug discolored on the bottom AND on the mug, and turns out they know this is a product problem. They do NOT make good on their warranty, and require that you : 1. send photos of the problem (no issue with that), but THEN, 2. send a VIDEO of you writing 'no warranty' on the mug in ink, destroying it before they replace it. When I said that was unreasonable since they had a pdct issue that they needed to correct, they kept adding what I needed to do to get a replacement, so I gave up. Life is too short. Don't buy hydroflask!

Too big for hot tea but perfect for sweet tea.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love mine. It’s too big for my cup of tea which is what purchased it for. However, l drink sweet tea and it’s great for that. It’s really a big cup.

Impressive coffeeholder

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing holds an impressive amount of coffee so I don’t have to run to the coffee carafe as often. Keeps it hot too!

24 Oz Mug
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My SIL gave me this for my birthday back in July. I thought it was a nice idea, but not really my thing. Well. I was seriously mistaken: I use it All. The. Time. My only complaint is that it won't fit in a standard vehicle cupholder, but other than that, it is perfect. I promptly had to buy one for another friend, and she says she loves hers also.

Absolutely worth it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very good at keeping things hot and cold. The soft texture keeps it from sliding and it just feels nice in your hands.
