I travel a lot and my bottle has been with me everywhere. Eventually it started to leak and not keep things cool or hot. I was finally able to submit a claim I was given the option to email the request with photos for replacement instead of having to mail it. So happy with it and sorry every penny to stand by their name. Will stay loyal no matter what other brand is out there.

This bottle was a warranty replacement and Hydroflask made it super simple and quick. Yes, sometimes products aren’t perfect. From there, it’s the company that decides if the customer will be satisfied. In my case, I am.
