[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I read the description of keeping drinks cold for 24 hrs. Completely inaccurate. I’m lucky if it keeps it cold for 2 hrs. I tried putting ice in it and ice melts and liquids are warm therefore you much drink it right away. I should have returned it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I must say - having an insulated water bottle with a straw top is a game changer. I love cold water and this thing keeps it cold for hours, especially if you put some ice cubes in. I love the sleek design, only wish there were more color choices. I was a devotee of another brand before this but now I'm a Hydro Flask admirer! Highly recommend.

Great cup except when opening it.

I feel bad giving a cup a low rating for doing something too well. I don’t have any of the problems the other low ratings have with leaks or the flip top lid opening… But I dread cleaning time with this cup. When I say it requires Herculean strength to unscrew the lid I mean it. I am by no means weak but this thing vacuum seals itself so tight that I practically tear a rotator cuff trying to open it to clean it. At my most frustrated I used an oil filter strap wrench to spin the lid off. Like I said I don’t know how to leave a negative review for something doing what it is supposed to do too well but opening this cup after a day of use is quite literally more of a workout than the workout you are doing to necessitate having a protein shaker. Solid design but I don’t know what the fix is.
