pretty color, but straw doesn't clean easily

I regret spending the money on this water bottle. My next one will not have a straw. It is a hassle to clean and I worry it carries bacteria. Also, the lid is difficult to unscrew at times.

bottles keep getting rusty

This bottle came to me less than a month so it hasn't been heavlily used yet. With only minimal usage, the inside bottom has already developped terrible rusty spots, or coloring spots, whichever that is. I got the bottle via the Hydro Flask warrenty service which I am appreciated but hugly disappointed by how bad the quality is.

Bottle picked in store damaged; replaced since

The product itself is fine however the original product I ordered for in store pickup was damaged (i noticed a small but obvious dent at the bottom of the bottle when i unpacked it at home). Even tho it was on sale i was surprised it wasn’t flagged as damaged. The store in leaside managed the return well when i brought it back and they shipped at no charge another bottle. Otherwise i would have rated the product a 5 if it wasnt for that experience of having to return the damaged bottle in store that should have been flagged.
Yes, I recommend this product.
