Fits perfect in my kids lunch bag. Heat the food in the morning and its nice and hot for lunch or cold if you put cold food into it. Nice size for kid meals, sometimes I don't fill it up all the way. She is picky about hot foods being hot enough and no complaints yet!

doesnt keep food warm

I bought it to use it for my babys solid food while we go out. It only kept baby food warm for an hour (in insulated bag). we tested with hot water and it became luke warm after 2 and half hours. Worst than my water bottle.
