Hydro Flask Medium Reusable Fast Freeze Ice Pack

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tons of ice packs from companies that run the spectrum and I have never seen anything so unfilled as this one. It's a shame I like the design and the rubber bumper to prevent it from denting or breaking. But the fact is is that it's 40% filled with air and it's essentially not going to cool or keep cool for anything that it should be for its size. What's the point of an ice pack that's filled with 40% air. This obviously seems like a manufacturing flaw. I'm just surprised that they didn't do quality control before sending something out so empty. I will obviously be returning it, but I'd prefer they replace it with something that's filled to spec.
