[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old cap was sucking air instead of liquid so i emailed to see about another lid. I bought my jug in 2015 or 2016. I guess it was under warranty. Boy was i surprised. My old lid had the finger loop. I guess they dont make it anymore. This one seems good and it has what i assume is a red gasket for the straw. Pretty cool idea. I do miss the finger loop cap though. But i am blown away by the service. Thank you.
