2 Duds in a row -- battery's depleted.. do not buy

I bought this originally on June 18, get it home, charged and try to use it doesn't work. Return it, and they are out of stock, so I order online from another location and paid shipping. Get it, charge it, and try to use and it does not work either. A call to the company themselves say the products battery is probably not good anymore as the product is 4 years old. Got the refund for the shipping, now returning for the product refund. Do not recommend the waste of time or gas as the batteries are probably gone in all of these ones. Company (HyperIce) says these are no longer in production and recommends buying the Hypervolt Go 2.
No, I do not recommend this product.

No warranty in Canada.

Bought this last week. Didn't work out of the box. Exchanged it for another one, also didn't work out of the box. Decided to do a warranty claim through Hyperice. I was refused warranty because SportChek was an "unauthourized third-party reseller" DO NOT BUY HYPERICE PRODUCTS IN CANADA. SportChek has gratiously refuded me for the second one.

After a workout I love using this to expedite my recovery. Highly recommend the heated head attachment to get the best of both worlds, heat + vibration. I use it before my workouts to help loosen up. Added bonus is this is the smallest offering of the Hyperice Hypervolts, super portable!

Too intense for some

The lowest setting can be intense for some of my clients in the rehab setting. I never use more than the lowest setting. Pretty disappointing in that regard. Otherwise it is quite ergonomic and works well. Just wish there was a lower setting
