I love this thing. As soon as I used it I went and picked up the last two left in the city (clearance). It is the same as using as massage ball, but because it is metal and frozen, it feels so much better. The base is non slip. Even my cats like me to rub them with it 😂

Good, not perfect, though I don't have much to compare. I've been using the Ice Ball on my wrist and forearm because of tendon issues, and it helps. The only negative is that it doesn't roll freely after a few minutes of use when it frosts up from moisture in the air. I wipe it clean and then start again. Haven't tried it hot, yet.
