The sleeve length and shirt length are great for me, but I think the shirt length is shorter than a woman's would be. It's soft and comfy as well as warm. Washes easily in a cold wash and dries within hours on a drying rack. I learned of icebreaker from my niece whose wardrobe has many icebreaker items. I've recently ordered more items since this first purchase.

I bundled up with three more layers in the AM and by afternoon I can peel off one of the layers. And the merino wool is so soft against skin and has this great ability of keeping me warm without overheating. And I love the colour (orange)!
