I just bought this puck and I love it, it made my shot a lot harder and ixts great for improving your shot and stick handling. The only problem I found with it is it leaves orange marks on your tape or blade, but you can always tape it again or put something on to protect the blade.

If you practie with these, then when it comes to a game situation you can do so much more with a normal puck it will feel like the puck is half it's normal weight.
